A lifelong resident of Hampton, VA. My career journey began in the medical field. I started at an entry-level position in private medical practice and advanced my way up the ladder to managing multiple medical sites. I received the 2010/2011 Woman of the Year from The National Association of Professional Women. With 20+ years of administrative/business expertise, I've used this leverage and a boots-on-the-ground approach with God as my foundation to build TWR. I love crafting, learning new things, and being a passionate journal girl. I’m married to the love of my life of 20+ years, Wayne and we have two adult sons and four grandsons.
About TWR
Life can be a jungle sometimes and navigating it can be challenging. I can remember back at so many pivotal moments, that made me ponder and say to myself, “there has got to be more to my life, than this.” Even from childhood, contending with so many unanswered questions linked to missing pieces of my life’s puzzle. I went on a quest with pen and paper to untangle some of the mysteries of my past that held my present captive and jeopardized my future. While on this pursuit of purpose journey, I created strategies, blueprints, and methods that unlocked potential that eventually led to purpose. Since 2017, I've mentored & coached women with similar stories. The impact on the women was so transformational, they insisted on more mentoring. As a result, I developed my first coaching program in 2019. The pandemic caused a shift from in-person settings to virtual sessions. After years of mentoring, a core group of women invested in my blooming passion turned purpose journey. In August 2020, after getting my coaching certification, TWR (originally The Womb Room) was established. The Womb Room was my company’s original name because it was established as a safe space to grow. However, the company has evolved into multiple ventures, hence the name changed to TWR.
